I’ve been hearing a lot lately about this so called “Impossible Burger.”
I suppose I should try one before I dismiss it entirely, but, really, why should I? The whole idea just seems silly.
I hear that they can be had near my place of work, so, yeah, sure, one of these days. In the name of journalistic integrity. Or something. I’ll give it a go.
But, until then, here’s my take on the idea, I’ll call it the Possible Burger:
Here’s what you’re looking at:
- grass-fed beef
- brie cheese
- uncured bacon
- avocado mayo
- one fried egg
- buns made with cream cheese and egg
Nice first meal of the day, aye?
